Hi, everyone! For those of us doing the Couch to 5K training program (C25K), the schedule is below. I can’t believe it, I actually jogged for the first time since unzipping my polyester blue-and-white-striped gym uniform in Junior High! Thanks for Vicky for being my pacesetter and Michelle for being our motivator! I even managed to do it again on Tuesday between breaks in the rain (I’m ready for the “out like a lamb” ending of March already).
Please bring your book, workbook and Bible to the Cafe on Friday. Thanks in advance to SUZETTE for bringing bread and BONNIE and LINDA WOLF for bringing fruit!
Kid’s Cafe
Can someone please bring juice for the kids? I have fruit snacks and crackers. Childcare is available, you don’t need to RSVP.
